Poster and Poster session information
Guidelines for the format of posters:
Height maximum 120 cm, width maximum 90 cm.
All posters will be exhibited in the front hall of Auditorium 1 throughout the workshop.
Poster sessions
There will be two poster sessions during the workshop, during which presenters are asked to stay close to their poster:
Monday, March 11th, 17.00-19.00 (even poster numbers)
Wednesday, March 13th, 17.10-18.30 (uneven poster numbers)
A list of the poster numbers will be available at the workshop front desk and are also indicated in the workshop abstract book, which will be handed out at the start of the Workshop.
Short oral presentations
Poster abstracts for short oral presentations have been selected and the presenters have been notified directly (see final programme)
